MARKOLINES TRAFFIC CONTROL share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 245.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,049.6 (up 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Lakshmi Machine (down 1.6%) and AIA Engineering (down 0.7%).

Thermax (up 3.7%) and Carborundum Universal (up 2.0%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, MARKOLINES TRAFFIC CONTROL has moved up from Rs 134.1 to Rs 245.0, registering a gain of Rs 110.9 (up 82.7%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (down 2.0%) and ICICI Bank (down 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,697.8 . Ultratech Cement and ICICI Bank are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,694.0, registering a gain of 15,477.9 points (up 23.7%).

MARKOLINES TRAFFIC CONTROL net profit fell {profitpercent} YoY to Rs 0 million for the quarter ended March 2023, compared to a profit of Rs {profitnumberprev} million a year ago. Net sales declined {salespercent} to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs {salesnumberprev} million in {quarterprev}.

For the year ended March 2023, MARKOLINES TRAFFIC CONTROL reported 55.8% increase in net profit to Rs 157 million compared to net profit of Rs 101 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 67.1% to Rs 3,118 million during FY23.
