Jaiprakash Asso. share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 8.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,191.9 .

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (down 1.0%) and Brigade Enterprises (down 1.0%).

Phoenix Mill (up 1.7%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 1.6%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, Jaiprakash Asso. has moved up from Rs 0.0 to Rs 8.8, registering a gain of Rs 8.8 .

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are NTPC (up 1.7%) and Reliance Ind. (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,574.5 (up 0.1%). Hindalco and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,401.9 to 80,465.8, registering a gain of 15,063.8 points (up 23.0%).

Jaiprakash Asso. Financial Update...

Jaiprakash Asso. net profit fell 506.1% YoY to Rs -10,634 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 1,754 million a year ago. Net sales rose 16.9% to Rs 16,708 million during the period as against Rs 14,291 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Jaiprakash Asso. reported 22.7% increase in net profit to Rs -8,244 million compared to net loss of Rs 10,664 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 26.3% to Rs 72,631 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Jaiprakash Asso., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -1.0.
