UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 63.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,094.3 (up 1.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today is MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 0.5%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 2.6%) and DLF (up 2.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA has moved up from Rs 29.8 to Rs 63.7, registering a gain of Rs 33.9 (up 113.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,225.3 to 8,094.3, registering a gain of 91.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 231.2%), Sobha (up 214.7%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 103.3%).

The BSE Sensex is at 79,792.7 (up 0.9%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 2.7%) and Tech Mahindra (up 2.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Nestle.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,342.4 (up 0.8%). M&M and Hindalco are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,401.9 to 79,792.7, registering a gain of 14,390.8 points (up 22.0%).

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA Financial Update...

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA net profit grew 197.1% YoY to Rs 139 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 47 million a year ago. Net sales rose 31.3% to Rs 1,594 million during the period as against Rs 1,214 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA reported 29.7% increase in net profit to Rs 160 million compared to net profit of Rs 124 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 54.6% to Rs 2,869 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 11.7.
