Divis Laboratories share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 4,697.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 41,002.0 (down 0.1%).

Among the top losers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are Biocon (down 2.5%) and CAPLIN POINT (down 2.1%).

APOLLO HOSPITALS (up 3.5%) and AJANTA PHARMA (up 1.9%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, Divis Laboratories has moved up from Rs 3,731.4 to Rs 4,697.9, registering a gain of Rs 966.5 (up 25.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 27,819.2 to 41,002.0, registering a gain of 47.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were GRANULES INDIA (up 129.7%), GSK Pharma (up 100.6%) and Jubilant Pharmova (up 97.6%).

The BSE Sensex is at 79,034.1 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 2.3%) and Tech Mahindra (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Infosys.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,140.9 . APOLLO HOSPITALS and TCS are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,401.9 to 79,034.1, registering a gain of 13,632.2 points (up 20.8%).

Divis Laboratories Financial Update...

Divis Laboratories net profit grew 20.8% YoY to Rs 4,300 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 3,560 million a year ago. Net sales rose 19.1% to Rs 21,180 million during the period as against Rs 17,780 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, Divis Laboratories reported 12.3% decrease in net profit to Rs 16,000 million compared to net profit of Rs 18,240 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 1.0% to Rs 78,450 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Divis Laboratories, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 74.5.
