AURUM PROPTECH share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 186.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 39,852.9 (down 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT index today are INFIBEAM AVENUES (down 3.3%) and Mastek (down 3.2%).

INTELLECT DESIGN (up 0.7%) and PERSISTENT SYSTEMS (up 0.4%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, AURUM PROPTECH has moved up from Rs 139.2 to Rs 186.7, registering a gain of Rs 47.5 (up 34.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 31,210.0 to 39,852.9, registering a gain of 27.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 169.8%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 119.0%) and PERSISTENT SYSTEMS (up 93.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 78,979.5 (down 0.8%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (down 3.3%) and Tata Motors (down 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Reliance Ind. and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,131.7 (down 0.9%). BPCL and HDFC Bank are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,995.8 to 78,979.5, registering a gain of 12,983.7 points (up 19.7%).

AURUM PROPTECH Financial Update...

AURUM PROPTECH net profit grew 33.6% YoY to Rs -107 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 161 million a year ago. Net sales rose 46.9% to Rs 649 million during the period as against Rs 442 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, AURUM PROPTECH reported 203.7% decrease in net profit to Rs -403 million compared to net loss of Rs 133 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 703.5% to Rs 1,269 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AURUM PROPTECH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -22.2.
