Indiabulls Infra Gains 6%; BSE POWER Index Down 0.0%

Indiabulls Infra share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 84.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE POWER index is at 7,807.6 .

Among the top gainers in the BSE POWER index today are ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS (up 0.8%) and TORRENT POWER (up 0.6%).

KEC INTERNATIONAL (down 1.9%) and Power Grid Corp. (down 1.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Indiabulls Infra has moved up from Rs 38.3 to Rs 84.1, registering a gain of Rs 45.9 (up 119.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE POWER index has moved up from 3,962.6 to 7,807.6, registering a gain of 97.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE POWER index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 236.0%), ADANI POWER (up 180.3%) and TORRENT POWER (up 137.6%).

The BSE Sensex is at 77,240.0 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Sun Pharma (down 1.6%) and Bajaj Finance (down 1.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,494.2 (down 0.1%). HDFC LIFE INSURANCE and Sun Pharma are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,168.3 to 77,240.0, registering a gain of 14,071.7 points (up 22.3%).

Indiabulls Infra Financial Update...

Indiabulls Infra net profit grew 39.4% YoY to Rs -815 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 1,345 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.1% to Rs 12,943 million during the period as against Rs 11,058 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Indiabulls Infra reported 151.7% decrease in net profit to Rs -2,861 million compared to net profit of Rs 5,539 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 29370.4% to Rs 41,238 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Indiabulls Infra, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 27.4.
