BEML LAND ASSETS Plunges 7%; BSE REALTY Index Down 4.8%

BEML LAND ASSETS share price has plunged 7% and is presently trading at Rs 291.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,710.1 (down 4.8%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (down 6.2%) and Phoenix Mill (down 5.8%).

Over the last one year, BEML LAND ASSETS has moved up from Rs 157.5 to Rs 291.5, registering a gain of Rs 134.1 (up 85.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,455.6 to 7,710.1, registering a gain of 73.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 183.6%), Sobha (up 180.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 92.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 78,390.2 (down 3.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (down 6.8%) and Tata Steel (down 5.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,006.5 (down 2.9%). Tata Motors and ONGC are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,459.3 to 78,390.2, registering a gain of 11,930.9 points (up 18.0%).

BEML LAND ASSETS Financial Update...

BEML LAND ASSETS net profit fell 9.6% YoY to Rs -21 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 19 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, BEML LAND ASSETS reported 7653.1% decrease in net profit to Rs -6 million compared to net loss of Rs 0 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BEML LAND ASSETS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -310.3.
