Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (down 6.2%) and Phoenix Mill (down 5.8%).
Over the last one year, National Buildings has moved up from Rs 45.4 to Rs 169.2, registering a gain of Rs 123.7 (up 272.3%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,455.6 to 7,717.5, registering a gain of 73.2% during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 184.2%), Sobha (up 180.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 92.6%).

The BSE Sensex is at 78,477.9 (down 3.1%).
The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (down 6.6%) and Tata Steel (down 5.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,914.3 (down 3.3%). Tata Motors and ONGC are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,459.3 to 78,477.9, registering a gain of 12,018.6 points (up 18.1%).
National Buildings net profit grew 24.3% YoY to Rs 1,414 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,137 million a year ago. Net sales rose 43.0% to Rs 40,245 million during the period as against Rs 28,134 million in January-March 2023.
For the year ended March 2023, National Buildings reported 16.8% increase in net profit to Rs 2,780 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,379 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 13.8% to Rs 87,544 million during FY23.
The current Price to earnings ratio of National Buildings, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 73.5.
