TTK PRESTIGE Gains 3%; BSE CONSUMER DURABLES Index Down 2.3%

TTK PRESTIGE share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 1,006.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 58,643.0 (down 2.3%).

Blue Star (down 4.7%) and AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (down 3.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, TTK PRESTIGE has moved up from Rs 787.2 to Rs 1,006.2, registering a gain of Rs 219.0 (up 27.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 42,697.1 to 58,643.0, registering a gain of 37.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 172.9%), Blue Star (up 108.6%) and Voltas (up 81.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,486.0 (down 1.8%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (down 4.3%) and Tata Steel (down 3.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,271.9 (down 1.8%). Tata Motors and Hindalco are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,459.3 to 79,486.0, registering a gain of 13,026.7 points (up 19.6%).

TTK PRESTIGE Financial Update...

TTK PRESTIGE net profit fell 13.8% YoY to Rs 408 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 473 million a year ago. Net sales rose 0.1% to Rs 5,879 million during the period as against Rs 5,876 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, TTK PRESTIGE reported 11.6% decrease in net profit to Rs 2,253 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,550 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 3.6% to Rs 26,781 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TTK PRESTIGE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 63.7.
