SHAKTI PUMPS share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 4,656.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,744.7 (down 1.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are V GUARD IND. (up 1.9%) and Finolex Cables (up 0.1%).

Graphite India (down 2.6%) and SCHAEFFLER INDIA (down 2.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SHAKTI PUMPS has moved up from Rs 722.6 to Rs 4,656.0, registering a gain of Rs 3,933.5 (up 544.4%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,803.7 (down 0.8%). Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,527.7 to 81,073.0, registering a gain of 14,545.3 points (up 21.9%).

SHAKTI PUMPS Financial Update...

SHAKTI PUMPS net profit grew 9166.0% YoY to Rs 927 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 10 million a year ago. Net sales rose 402.0% to Rs 5,676 million during the period as against Rs 1,131 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, SHAKTI PUMPS reported 62.8% decrease in net profit to Rs 241 million compared to net profit of Rs 648 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 17.9% to Rs 9,677 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SHAKTI PUMPS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 40.0.
