DEEP INDUSTRIES share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 333.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE OIL & GAS index is at 32,592.8 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE OIL & GAS index today are ONGC (up 1.5%) and ADANI TOTAL GAS (up 0.6%).

GUJARAT GAS (down 2.3%) and IOC (down 1.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, DEEP INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 221.6 to Rs 333.1, registering a gain of Rs 111.6 (up 50.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE OIL & GAS index has moved up from 19,424.1 to 32,592.8, registering a gain of 67.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE OIL & GAS index stocks during this same period were HPCL (up 105.8%), GAIL (up 100.4%) and ONGC (up 91.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,800.1 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Power Grid Corp. (up 3.2%) and NTPC (up 1.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,991.4 (up 0.2%). Power Grid Corp. and Coal India are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,527.7 to 81,800.1, registering a gain of 15,272.5 points (up 23.0%).

DEEP INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

DEEP INDUSTRIES net profit fell 49.2% YoY to Rs 367 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 723 million a year ago. Net sales rose 15.7% to Rs 1,197 million during the period as against Rs 1,035 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, DEEP INDUSTRIES reported 0.1% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,252 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,253 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 25.1% to Rs 4,270 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DEEP INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 17.0.
