ZODIAC VENTURES share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 17.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,608.4 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Brigade Enterprises (up 1.1%) and Sobha (up 0.8%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 1.6%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ZODIAC VENTURES has moved down from Rs 17.7 to Rs 17.3, registering a loss of Rs 0.4 (down 2.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,070.4 to 8,608.4, registering a gain of 111.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 305.0%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 227.4%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 159.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 78,578.4 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are HCl Tech. (down 0.8%) and TCS (down 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ICICI Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,850.1 (down 0.1%). Tech Mahindra and Bharti Airtel are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,970.0 to 78,578.4, registering a gain of 15,608.4 points (up 24.8%).

ZODIAC VENTURES Financial Update...

ZODIAC VENTURES net profit fell 104.8% YoY to Rs -2 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 32 million a year ago. Net sales declined 99.9% to Rs 1 million during the period as against Rs 988 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ZODIAC VENTURES reported 753.0% increase in net profit to Rs 35 million compared to net profit of Rs 4 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 12339.6% to Rs 989 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ZODIAC VENTURES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 142.0.
