VISHNU PRAKASH share price has zoomed 9% and is presently trading at Rs 256.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,560.2 (up 1.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are DLF (up 4.5%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 2.8%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 1.0%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VISHNU PRAKASH has moved up from Rs 0.0 to Rs 256.7, registering a gain of Rs 256.7 .

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,282.5 to 8,560.2, registering a gain of 99.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 239.5%), Sobha (up 220.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 124.5%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Bharti Airtel (down 2.3%) and Titan (down 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,824.9 . Titan and Tata Consumer Products are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,355.7 to 81,287.4, registering a gain of 14,931.7 points (up 22.5%).

VISHNU PRAKASH Financial Update...

VISHNU PRAKASH net profit fell {profitpercent} YoY to Rs 671 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs {profitnumberprev} million a year ago. Net sales declined {salespercent} to Rs 6,572 million during the period as against Rs {salesnumberprev} million in {quarterprev}.

For the year ended March 2023, VISHNU PRAKASH reported 102.1% increase in net profit to Rs 906 million compared to net profit of Rs 448 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 48.7% to Rs 11,684 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VISHNU PRAKASH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 26.2.
