VISHNU PRAKASH share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 300.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,487.9 (up 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 3.5%) and Godrej Properties (up 2.8%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 1.7%) and Sobha (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VISHNU PRAKASH has moved up from Rs 204.4 to Rs 300.0, registering a gain of Rs 95.6 (up 46.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,870.1 to 8,487.9, registering a gain of 74.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 158.8%), Sobha (up 137.0%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 116.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,581.6 (down 0.3%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 2.5%) and Infosys (down 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,968.2 (down 0.4%). Trent and M&M are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,166.9 to 81,581.6, registering a gain of 15,414.7 points (up 23.3%).

VISHNU PRAKASH Financial Update...

VISHNU PRAKASH net profit fell 10.2% YoY to Rs 148 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 164 million a year ago. Net sales declined 7.8% to Rs 2,566 million during the period as against Rs 2,782 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, VISHNU PRAKASH reported 34.8% increase in net profit to Rs 1,222 million compared to net profit of Rs 906 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 26.1% to Rs 14,739 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VISHNU PRAKASH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 31.0.
