VISHNU PRAKASH share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 327.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,190.2 .

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 1.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.8%).

SUNTECK REALTY (down 1.4%) and Sobha (down 1.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VISHNU PRAKASH has moved up from Rs 202.5 to Rs 327.2, registering a gain of Rs 124.8 (up 61.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,869.2 to 8,190.2, registering a gain of 68.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 147.5%), Sobha (up 128.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 107.3%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,122.0 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Kotak Bank (down 4.3%) and Indusind Bank (down 2.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,772.3 (down 0.3%). Tata Consumer Products and Kotak Bank are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,428.1 to 81,122.0, registering a gain of 14,693.9 points (up 22.1%).

VISHNU PRAKASH Financial Update...

VISHNU PRAKASH net profit fell 10.2% YoY to Rs 148 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 164 million a year ago. Net sales declined 7.8% to Rs 2,566 million during the period as against Rs 2,782 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, VISHNU PRAKASH reported 34.8% increase in net profit to Rs 1,222 million compared to net profit of Rs 906 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 26.1% to Rs 14,739 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VISHNU PRAKASH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 33.8.
