VISHNU PRAKASH share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 296.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,111.5 (down 0.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 0.5%) and DLF (up 0.3%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 2.6%) and Sobha (down 1.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VISHNU PRAKASH has moved up from Rs 204.4 to Rs 296.5, registering a gain of Rs 92.1 (up 45.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,870.1 to 8,111.5, registering a gain of 66.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 141.9%), Sobha (up 127.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 108.8%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,780.7 (down 0.3%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (down 4.1%) and Tech Mahindra (down 2.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,741.6 . Infosys and ITC are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,166.9 to 80,780.7, registering a gain of 14,613.8 points (up 22.1%).

VISHNU PRAKASH Financial Update...

VISHNU PRAKASH net profit fell 10.2% YoY to Rs 148 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 164 million a year ago. Net sales declined 7.8% to Rs 2,566 million during the period as against Rs 2,782 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, VISHNU PRAKASH reported 34.8% increase in net profit to Rs 1,222 million compared to net profit of Rs 906 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 26.1% to Rs 14,739 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VISHNU PRAKASH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 30.7.
