VIP INDUSTRIES share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 503.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 63,600.2 (up 1.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 14.3%) and DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 3.5%).

RAJESH EXPORTS (down 1.9%) and Blue Star (down 1.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VIP INDUSTRIES has moved down from Rs 617.6 to Rs 503.8, registering a loss of Rs 113.8 (down 18.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 44,784.7 to 63,600.2, registering a gain of 42.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 185.1%), AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 133.0%) and Voltas (up 122.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,497.6 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Bajaj Finance (up 5.6%) and Tech Mahindra (up 2.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,558.1 (up 0.4%). Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Auto are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,571.9 to 80,497.6, registering a gain of 15,925.7 points (up 24.7%).

VIP INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

VIP INDUSTRIES net profit fell 93.0% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 578 million a year ago. Net sales rose 0.4% to Rs 6,389 million during the period as against Rs 6,361 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, VIP INDUSTRIES reported 64.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 543 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,523 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 7.8% to Rs 22,450 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VIP INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 12139.8.
