VIP INDUSTRIES share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 543.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 67,116.3 (up 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (up 1.4%) and Titan (up 1.2%).

AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (down 1.7%) and Blue Star (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VIP INDUSTRIES has moved down from Rs 664.1 to Rs 543.1, registering a loss of Rs 121.0 (down 18.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 45,729.3 to 67,116.3, registering a gain of 46.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 160.0%), Blue Star (up 139.9%) and Voltas (up 112.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 82,519.3 .

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Maruti Suzuki (up 1.4%) and Titan (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Axis Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,237.1 (down 0.1%). BPCL and IOC are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,512.1 to 82,519.3, registering a gain of 17,007.2 points (up 26.0%).

VIP INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

VIP INDUSTRIES net profit fell 93.0% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 578 million a year ago. Net sales rose 0.4% to Rs 6,389 million during the period as against Rs 6,361 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, VIP INDUSTRIES reported 64.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 543 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,523 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 7.8% to Rs 22,450 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VIP INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 13085.5.
