UNITED DRILLING TOOLS share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 266.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,065.2 (up 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Thermax (up 2.7%) and Bharat Forge (up 1.8%).

Lakshmi Machine (down 1.5%) and AIA Engineering (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, UNITED DRILLING TOOLS has moved up from Rs 216.6 to Rs 266.3, registering a gain of Rs 49.7 (up 22.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 43,641.7 to 73,065.2, registering a gain of 67.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 193.7%), HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 147.9%) and Bharat Electronics (up 135.0%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,707.5 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (down 1.4%) and Tata Steel (down 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,692.1 . ICICI Bank and Ultratech Cement are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,707.5, registering a gain of 15,491.4 points (up 23.8%).

UNITED DRILLING TOOLS Financial Update...

UNITED DRILLING TOOLS net profit grew 184.3% YoY to Rs 43 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 15 million a year ago. Net sales rose 209.4% to Rs 544 million during the period as against Rs 176 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, UNITED DRILLING TOOLS reported 79.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 103 million compared to net profit of Rs 500 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 31.5% to Rs 1,198 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of UNITED DRILLING TOOLS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 42.2.
