Technocraft share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 3,700.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,823.5 (up 0.5%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are TIMKEN INDIA (down 1.3%) and HINDUSTAN AERO. (down 1.1%).

ABB (up 2.6%) and L&T (up 1.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, Technocraft has moved up from Rs 1,984.6 to Rs 3,700.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,715.4 (up 86.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 44,700.9 to 73,823.5, registering a gain of 65.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 172.5%), HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 135.5%) and Bharat Electronics (up 128.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,655.3 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are JSW Steel (down 1.2%) and Kotak Bank (down 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HCl Tech..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,995.9 (down 0.1%). BPCL and Shriram Transport are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,433.3 to 81,655.3, registering a gain of 16,222.0 points (up 24.8%).

Technocraft Financial Update...

Technocraft net profit fell 7.4% YoY to Rs 839 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 906 million a year ago. Net sales rose 11.5% to Rs 6,204 million during the period as against Rs 5,565 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Technocraft reported 0.0% decrease in net profit to Rs 2,745 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,746 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 3.8% to Rs 19,845 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Technocraft, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 31.1.
