SUNTECK REALTY share price has plunged 4% and is presently trading at Rs 585.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,372.5 (down 1.6%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are DLF (down 2.7%) and Godrej Properties (down 2.0%).

Phoenix Mill (up 1.4%) is among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, SUNTECK REALTY has moved up from Rs 372.5 to Rs 585.5, registering a gain of Rs 213.1 (up 57.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,292.9 to 8,372.5, registering a gain of 95.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 227.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 215.3%) and Phoenix Mill (up 130.5%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,452.7 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (down 3.5%) and Bajaj Finance (down 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,494.4 (down 0.1%). L&T and Hindalco are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 67,097.4 to 80,452.7, registering a gain of 13,355.2 points (up 19.9%).

SUNTECK REALTY Financial Update...

SUNTECK REALTY net profit grew 487.3% YoY to Rs 1,016 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 262 million a year ago. Net sales rose 773.4% to Rs 4,269 million during the period as against Rs 489 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, SUNTECK REALTY reported 94.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 14 million compared to net profit of Rs 251 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 29.4% to Rs 3,624 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SUNTECK REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 121.1.
