SUNTECK REALTY Gains 6%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.4%

SUNTECK REALTY share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 584.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,280.1 (up 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Phoenix Mill (up 0.8%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.7%).

OBEROI REALTY (down 0.2%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SUNTECK REALTY has moved up from Rs 470.7 to Rs 584.5, registering a gain of Rs 113.8 (up 24.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,877.8 to 8,280.1, registering a gain of 69.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 158.9%), Sobha (up 136.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 110.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Asian Paints (up 1.4%) and Bharti Airtel (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Reliance Ind..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,198.5 (up 0.3%). Asian Paints and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,473.1 to 82,207.1, registering a gain of 15,734.0 points (up 23.7%).

SUNTECK REALTY Financial Update...

SUNTECK REALTY net profit grew 473.4% YoY to Rs 224 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 60 million a year ago. Net sales rose 348.2% to Rs 3,163 million during the period as against Rs 706 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, SUNTECK REALTY reported 4934.3% increase in net profit to Rs 709 million compared to net profit of Rs 14 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 55.8% to Rs 5,648 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SUNTECK REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 86.2.
