SUNTECK REALTY Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 0.2%

SUNTECK REALTY share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 555.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,543.1 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 1.5%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 1.0%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 2.4%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 0.6%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SUNTECK REALTY has moved up from Rs 281.5 to Rs 555.0, registering a gain of Rs 273.5 (up 97.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,047.8 to 8,543.1, registering a gain of 111.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 283.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 224.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 146.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 77,033.6 (up 0.8%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Power Grid Corp. (up 1.6%) and HCl Tech. (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,421.4 (up 0.7%). Coal India and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,724.7 to 77,033.6, registering a gain of 14,308.9 points (up 22.8%).

SUNTECK REALTY Financial Update...

SUNTECK REALTY net profit grew 487.3% YoY to Rs 1,016 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 262 million a year ago. Net sales rose 773.4% to Rs 4,269 million during the period as against Rs 489 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, SUNTECK REALTY reported 94.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 14 million compared to net profit of Rs 251 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 29.4% to Rs 3,624 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SUNTECK REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 114.8.
