STERLING AND WILSON SOLAR share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 512.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 70,090.5 (up 0.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are SKF India (up 2.4%) and Thermax (up 2.3%).

ADANI GREEN ENERGY (down 1.3%) and TIMKEN INDIA (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, STERLING AND WILSON SOLAR has moved up from Rs 314.8 to Rs 512.8, registering a gain of Rs 198.0 (up 62.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 48,793.2 to 70,090.5, registering a gain of 43.6% during the last 12 months.

The BSE Sensex is at 80,362.6 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (up 2.2%) and Tata Steel (up 1.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,312.2 (up 0.4%). Bharat Electronics and Infosys are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,023.2 to 80,362.6, registering a gain of 14,339.3 points (up 21.7%).

STERLING AND WILSON SOLAR Financial Update...

STERLING AND WILSON SOLAR net profit grew 115.7% YoY to Rs 86 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 545 million a year ago. Net sales rose 35.7% to Rs 10,305 million during the period as against Rs 7,595 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, STERLING AND WILSON SOLAR reported 82.1% increase in net profit to Rs -2,108 million compared to net loss of Rs 11,750 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 50.6% to Rs 30,354 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of STERLING AND WILSON SOLAR, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -251.6.
