SOLARA ACTIVE PHARMA SCIENCES share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 573.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 38,507.2 (up 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are ALEMBIC PHARMA (up 3.8%) and SUVEN PHARMACEUTICALS (up 3.7%).

Jubilant Pharmova (down 3.6%) and ASTRAZENECA PHARMA (down 1.7%) are among the top losers today.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,515.9 (down 0.1%). Wipro and Reliance Ind. are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,795.1 to 80,506.6, registering a gain of 13,711.5 points (up 20.5%).

SOLARA ACTIVE PHARMA SCIENCES net profit fell 6912.0% YoY to Rs -2,555 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 38 million a year ago. Net sales declined 21.3% to Rs 2,994 million during the period as against Rs 3,806 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, SOLARA ACTIVE PHARMA SCIENCES reported 61.8% increase in net profit to Rs -223 million compared to net loss of Rs 583 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 13.8% to Rs 14,438 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SOLARA ACTIVE PHARMA SCIENCES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -4.9.
