SKIPPER share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 576.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 69,767.0 (up 1.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are BHEL (up 5.3%) and Bharat Electronics (up 3.7%).

TIMKEN INDIA (down 3.1%) and V GUARD IND. (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SKIPPER has moved up from Rs 223.9 to Rs 576.0, registering a gain of Rs 352.1 (up 157.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 47,002.7 to 69,767.0, registering a gain of 48.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 126.1%), Bharat Electronics (up 115.6%) and Siemens (up 109.1%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,044.2 (up 0.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are HCl Tech. (up 3.6%) and TCS (up 3.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Infosys.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,381.8 (up 0.7%). TCS and HCl Tech. are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 80,044.2, registering a gain of 15,085.5 points (up 23.2%).

SKIPPER Financial Update...

SKIPPER net profit grew 78.8% YoY to Rs 339 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 190 million a year ago. Net sales rose 43.7% to Rs 11,097 million during the period as against Rs 7,724 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, SKIPPER reported 129.6% increase in net profit to Rs 817 million compared to net profit of Rs 356 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 65.7% to Rs 32,820 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SKIPPER, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 60.7.
