SINGER INDIA share price has zoomed 9% and is presently trading at Rs 108.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 62,929.4 (up 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are RAJESH EXPORTS (up 3.1%) and Blue Star (up 2.3%).

Voltas (down 0.4%) and Bajaj Electricals (down 0.3%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SINGER INDIA has moved up from Rs 81.1 to Rs 108.9, registering a gain of Rs 27.8 (up 34.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 43,590.0 to 62,929.4, registering a gain of 44.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 160.4%), Blue Star (up 134.0%) and Voltas (up 106.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,010.4 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Bharti Airtel (up 1.1%) and Asian Paints (up 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,813.8 (up 0.2%). Grasim Industries and Tata Consumer Products are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 81,010.4, registering a gain of 15,794.3 points (up 24.2%).

SINGER INDIA Financial Update...

SINGER INDIA net profit grew 250.0% YoY to Rs 6 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 2 million a year ago. Net sales declined 5.7% to Rs 987 million during the period as against Rs 1,046 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, SINGER INDIA reported 45.9% decrease in net profit to Rs 45 million compared to net profit of Rs 83 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 7.6% to Rs 4,254 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SINGER INDIA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 136.0.
