SHRIRAM PROPERTIES share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 117.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,099.8 (down 1.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today is SUNTECK REALTY (up 2.1%).

Phoenix Mill (down 2.4%) and Godrej Properties (down 2.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SHRIRAM PROPERTIES has moved up from Rs 75.6 to Rs 117.3, registering a gain of Rs 41.7 (up 55.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,287.0 to 8,099.8, registering a gain of 88.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 213.4%), Sobha (up 199.4%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 105.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,728.6 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (down 1.6%) and Tata Steel (down 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,724.2 (up 0.1%). Divis Laboratories and Titan are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,728.6, registering a gain of 15,512.5 points (up 23.8%).

SHRIRAM PROPERTIES Financial Update...

SHRIRAM PROPERTIES net profit grew 35.2% YoY to Rs 143 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 106 million a year ago. Net sales rose 14.0% to Rs 1,540 million during the period as against Rs 1,350 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, SHRIRAM PROPERTIES reported 278.5% increase in net profit to Rs 683 million compared to net profit of Rs 180 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 55.8% to Rs 6,744 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SHRIRAM PROPERTIES , based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.2.
