Rel.Indus.Infras Gains 11%; BSE REALTY Index Up 3.3%

Rel.Indus.Infras share price has zoomed 11% and is presently trading at Rs 1,141.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,110.0 (up 3.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 5.0%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 4.9%).

Sobha (down 0.9%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Rel.Indus.Infras has moved up from Rs 1,120.6 to Rs 1,141.8, registering a gain of Rs 21.2 (up 1.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,535.1 to 8,110.0, registering a gain of 46.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 89.2%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 87.4%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 61.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,348.0 (up 1.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are SBI (up 3.6%) and L&T (up 3.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Power Grid Corp. and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,317.5 (up 1.7%). Bharat Electronics and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,930.8 to 80,348.0, registering a gain of 14,417.2 points (up 21.9%).

Rel.Indus.Infras Financial Update...

Rel.Indus.Infras net profit fell 1.6% YoY to Rs 24 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 25 million a year ago. Net sales declined 14.8% to Rs 122 million during the period as against Rs 144 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, Rel.Indus.Infras reported 24.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 133 million compared to net profit of Rs 176 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 15.0% to Rs 477 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Rel.Indus.Infras, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 165.2.
