Parsvnath Dev Gains 10%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.2%

Parsvnath Dev share price has zoomed 10% and is presently trading at Rs 15.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,594.2 (up 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 2.5%) and Godrej Properties (up 2.1%).

Phoenix Mill (down 2.0%) and Sobha (down 1.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Parsvnath Dev has moved up from Rs 7.3 to Rs 15.9, registering a gain of Rs 8.6 (up 117.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,536.1 to 8,594.2, registering a gain of 89.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 209.3%), Sobha (up 198.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 114.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,664.1 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Asian Paints (up 2.6%) and JSW Steel (up 2.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,934.3 (up 0.3%). HDFC LIFE INSURANCE and Asian Paints are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,527.7 to 81,664.1, registering a gain of 15,136.4 points (up 22.8%).

Parsvnath Dev Financial Update...

Parsvnath Dev net profit grew 26.7% YoY to Rs -3,073 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 4,190 million a year ago. Net sales declined 68.9% to Rs 871 million during the period as against Rs 2,801 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Parsvnath Dev reported 61.8% decrease in net profit to Rs -7,992 million compared to net loss of Rs 4,939 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 51.0% to Rs 4,403 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Parsvnath Dev, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -1.2.
