PRESTIGE ESTATES share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 1,776.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,065.8 .

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (down 2.0%) and Sobha (down 1.1%).

DLF (up 0.9%) and Phoenix Mill are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, PRESTIGE ESTATES has moved up from Rs 641.7 to Rs 1,776.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,134.3 (up 176.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,612.5 to 8,065.8, registering a gain of 74.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 184.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 176.8%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 106.5%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,079.0 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Steel (down 1.3%) and Power Grid Corp. (down 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,813.7 (down 0.2%). ONGC and Tata Steel are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,780.3 to 81,079.0, registering a gain of 15,298.8 points (up 23.3%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES Financial Update...

PRESTIGE ESTATES net profit fell 0.7% YoY to Rs 3,198 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 3,221 million a year ago. Net sales rose 10.8% to Rs 18,621 million during the period as against Rs 16,809 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, PRESTIGE ESTATES reported 12.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 10,668 million compared to net profit of Rs 12,148 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 30.1% to Rs 83,150 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of PRESTIGE ESTATES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 47.4.
