POWER MECH PROJECTS share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 5,290.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 74,632.3 (down 1.2%).

Thermax (down 2.7%) and SCHAEFFLER INDIA (down 2.4%) are among the top losers today.

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 6.6%) and HCl Tech. (down 2.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,216.3 (down 0.9%). M&M and HCl Tech. are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,344.2 to 79,627.7, registering a gain of 14,283.5 points (up 21.9%).

POWER MECH PROJECTS Financial Update...

POWER MECH PROJECTS net profit grew 7.6% YoY to Rs 845 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 785 million a year ago. Net sales rose 10.9% to Rs 13,015 million during the period as against Rs 11,741 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, POWER MECH PROJECTS reported 49.7% increase in net profit to Rs 2,073 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,385 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 32.9% to Rs 36,012 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of POWER MECH PROJECTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 33.2.
