Oracle Financial Services Gains 5%; BSE IT Index Up 0.7%

Oracle Financial Services share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 8,836.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 35,624.7 (up 0.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE IT index today are TANLA SOLUTIONS (up 6.0%) and INTELLECT DESIGN (up 1.8%).

ROUTE MOBILE (down 0.1%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Oracle Financial Services has moved up from Rs 3,592.5 to Rs 8,836.3, registering a gain of Rs 5,243.8 (up 146.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 29,076.2 to 35,624.7, registering a gain of 22.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 146.0%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 105.7%) and Birlasoft (up 100.9%).

The BSE Sensex is at 76,935.2 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Power Grid Corp. (up 1.4%) and Tata Motors (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,388.5 (up 0.5%). Coal India and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,724.7 to 76,935.2, registering a gain of 14,210.5 points (up 22.7%).

Oracle Financial Services Financial Update...

Oracle Financial Services net profit grew 16.9% YoY to Rs 5,601 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 4,793 million a year ago. Net sales rose 11.7% to Rs 16,424 million during the period as against Rs 14,705 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Oracle Financial Services reported 4.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 18,061 million compared to net profit of Rs 18,888 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 9.1% to Rs 56,983 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Oracle Financial Services, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 34.5.
