OBEROI REALTY share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 1,978.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,192.8 (up 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 1.9%) and Sobha (up 1.0%).

Brigade Enterprises (down 0.9%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 0.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, OBEROI REALTY has moved up from Rs 1,153.6 to Rs 1,978.0, registering a gain of Rs 824.4 (up 71.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,842.1 to 8,192.8, registering a gain of 69.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 159.8%), Sobha (up 131.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 111.1%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,797.6 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 1.9%) and HDFC Bank (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,100.2 (up 0.5%). Wipro and L&T are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,079.4 to 81,797.6, registering a gain of 15,718.2 points (up 23.8%).

OBEROI REALTY Financial Update...

OBEROI REALTY net profit grew 82.0% YoY to Rs 5,823 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 3,199 million a year ago. Net sales rose 54.4% to Rs 14,052 million during the period as against Rs 9,100 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, OBEROI REALTY reported 1.2% increase in net profit to Rs 19,266 million compared to net profit of Rs 19,045 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 7.2% to Rs 44,958 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of OBEROI REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 33.0.
