National Buildings share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 93.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,065.1 (up 2.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 4.9%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 3.8%).

Over the last one year, National Buildings has moved up from Rs 44.8 to Rs 93.6, registering a gain of Rs 48.7 (up 108.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,535.1 to 8,065.1, registering a gain of 45.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 91.0%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 85.0%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 62.3%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,415.9 (up 1.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 3.6%) and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 3.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Reliance Ind..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,287.0 (up 1.6%). Bharat Electronics and Shriram Transport are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,930.8 to 80,415.9, registering a gain of 14,485.1 points (up 22.0%).

National Buildings Financial Update...

National Buildings net profit grew 52.7% YoY to Rs 1,249 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 818 million a year ago. Net sales rose 19.4% to Rs 24,587 million during the period as against Rs 20,585 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, National Buildings reported 49.1% increase in net profit to Rs 4,144 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,780 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 17.5% to Rs 104,326 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of National Buildings, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 51.9.
