NILE. share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 1,949.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 31,843.0 (up 1.0%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are NMDC (up 2.2%) and Tata Steel (up 1.6%).

Hindustan Zinc (down 1.0%) and APOLLO TUBES (down 0.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, NILE. has moved up from Rs 831.1 to Rs 1,949.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,117.9 (up 134.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 21,248.5 to 31,843.0, registering a gain of 49.9% during the last 12 months.

NILE. Financial Update...

NILE. net profit fell 29.0% YoY to Rs 61 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 85 million a year ago. Net sales declined 19.8% to Rs 1,741 million during the period as against Rs 2,171 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, NILE. reported 5.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 226 million compared to net profit of Rs 238 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 14.8% to Rs 8,063 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of NILE., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 18.8.
