MISHRA DHATU NIGAM share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 521.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 33,706.9 (down 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Hindustan Zinc (up 2.4%) and Hindalco (up 1.0%).

JSW Steel (down 0.6%) and Coal India (down 0.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, MISHRA DHATU NIGAM has moved up from Rs 287.9 to Rs 521.3, registering a gain of Rs 233.4 (up 81.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 20,788.6 to 33,706.9, registering a gain of 62.1% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Titan (down 4.1%) and Asian Paints (down 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,276.6 (down 0.2%). Titan and Divis Laboratories are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,479.1 to 79,855.2, registering a gain of 14,376.1 points (up 22.0%).

MISHRA DHATU NIGAM Financial Update...

MISHRA DHATU NIGAM net profit fell 29.8% YoY to Rs 464 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 661 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.7% to Rs 4,055 million during the period as against Rs 3,446 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, MISHRA DHATU NIGAM reported 11.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,563 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,766 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 1.4% to Rs 8,719 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of MISHRA DHATU NIGAM, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 107.0.
