MAX HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE share price has zoomed 9% and is presently trading at Rs 1,073.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 44,203.5 (up 1.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are Torrent Pharma (up 3.6%) and FORTIS HEALTHCARE (up 3.2%).

POLY MEDICURE (down 5.2%) and Pfizer (down 4.5%) are among the top losers today.

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 5.4%) and ICICI Bank (up 5.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ICICI Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,822.6 (up 1.6%). M&M and ICICI Bank are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 67,596.8 to 84,643.4, registering a gain of 17,046.6 points (up 25.2%).

MAX HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE net profit fell 1.6% YoY to Rs 2,363 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 2,401 million a year ago. Net sales rose 20.1% to Rs 15,430 million during the period as against Rs 12,850 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, MAX HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE reported 4.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 10,576 million compared to net profit of Rs 11,035 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 18.5% to Rs 54,060 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of MAX HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 99.0.
