MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 212.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,006.5 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 2.6%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 1.3%).

DLF (down 1.0%) and Godrej Properties (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION has moved up from Rs 192.8 to Rs 212.4, registering a gain of Rs 19.6 (up 10.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,597.5 to 8,006.5, registering a gain of 43.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 89.7%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 74.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 59.7%).

The BSE Sensex is at 79,043.7 (down 1.5%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 3.4%) and Infosys (down 3.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,957.5 (down 1.3%). SBI LIFE INSURANCE and HDFC LIFE INSURANCE are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,174.2 to 79,043.7, registering a gain of 12,869.5 points (up 19.4%).

MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION Financial Update...

MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION net profit fell 44.9% YoY to Rs 364 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 660 million a year ago. Net sales rose 7.0% to Rs 2,303 million during the period as against Rs 2,153 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION reported 5.0% increase in net profit to Rs 3,033 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,890 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 33.2% to Rs 12,635 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 32.2.
