LANDMARK PROPERTY Gains 6%; BSE REALTY Index Down 0.2%

LANDMARK PROPERTY share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 9.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,543.0 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 5.6%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 2.4%).

Brigade Enterprises (down 3.1%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, LANDMARK PROPERTY has moved up from Rs 5.9 to Rs 9.7, registering a gain of Rs 3.9 (up 66.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,047.8 to 8,543.0, registering a gain of 111.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 283.7%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 231.0%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 139.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 76,924.8 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Power Grid Corp. (up 2.1%) and Bajaj Finance (up 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,412.4 (up 0.6%). Coal India and Eicher Motor are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,724.7 to 76,924.8, registering a gain of 14,200.1 points (up 22.6%).

LANDMARK PROPERTY Financial Update...

LANDMARK PROPERTY net profit fell 91.8% YoY to Rs -120 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 63 million a year ago. Net sales declined 11.1% to Rs 4 million during the period as against Rs 4 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, LANDMARK PROPERTY reported 8221.6% decrease in net profit to Rs -65 million compared to net loss of Rs 1 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 41.7% to Rs 4 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of LANDMARK PROPERTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -11.1.
