LANDMARK PROPERTY share price has zoomed 18% and is presently trading at Rs 11.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,767.1 (up 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 3.4%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 3.0%).

Godrej Properties (down 0.1%) and SUNTECK REALTY are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, LANDMARK PROPERTY has moved up from Rs 6.3 to Rs 11.3, registering a gain of Rs 5.0 (up 78.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,196.4 to 8,767.1, registering a gain of 108.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 272.8%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 215.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 150.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,247.1 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (up 2.1%) and Infosys (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC Bank and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,367.0 (up 0.3%). Tata Motors and Infosys are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,205.1 to 80,247.1, registering a gain of 15,042.1 points (up 23.1%).

LANDMARK PROPERTY Financial Update...

LANDMARK PROPERTY net profit fell 91.8% YoY to Rs -120 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 63 million a year ago. Net sales declined 11.1% to Rs 4 million during the period as against Rs 4 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, LANDMARK PROPERTY reported 8221.6% decrease in net profit to Rs -65 million compared to net loss of Rs 1 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 41.7% to Rs 4 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of LANDMARK PROPERTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -12.9.
