LANCOR HOLDINGS share price has zoomed 10% and is presently trading at Rs 46.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,701.8 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Phoenix Mill (up 2.4%) and Godrej Properties (up 0.4%).

Sobha (down 1.6%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 1.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, LANCOR HOLDINGS has moved up from Rs 31.4 to Rs 46.7, registering a gain of Rs 15.3 (up 48.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,196.4 to 8,701.8, registering a gain of 107.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 272.1%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 220.3%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 151.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,874.1 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (up 3.1%) and Axis Bank (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,265.5 (up 0.6%). HDFC Bank and Tata Consumer Products are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,205.1 to 79,874.1, registering a gain of 14,669.0 points (up 22.5%).

LANCOR HOLDINGS Financial Update...

LANCOR HOLDINGS net profit grew 215.3% YoY to Rs 13 million for the quarter ended December 2023, compared to a profit of Rs 4 million a year ago. Net sales declined 1.6% to Rs 312 million during the period as against Rs 317 million in October-December 2022.

For the year ended March 2023, LANCOR HOLDINGS reported 98.0% increase in net profit to Rs -3 million compared to net loss of Rs 170 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 11.1% to Rs 1,149 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of LANCOR HOLDINGS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 101.5.
