KOLTE PATIL share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 380.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,143.7 (down 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today is SUNTECK REALTY (up 1.8%).

Phoenix Mill (down 1.7%) and Godrej Properties (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KOLTE PATIL has moved down from Rs 437.8 to Rs 380.0, registering a loss of Rs 57.9 (down 13.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,287.0 to 8,143.7, registering a gain of 90.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 214.0%), Sobha (up 199.2%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 105.1%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,708.4 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (down 1.9%) and ICICI Bank (down 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,697.8 . Ultratech Cement and ICICI Bank are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,708.4, registering a gain of 15,492.3 points (up 23.8%).

KOLTE PATIL Financial Update...

KOLTE PATIL net profit fell 91.8% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 489 million a year ago. Net sales declined 40.3% to Rs 3,408 million during the period as against Rs 5,712 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KOLTE PATIL reported 159.5% decrease in net profit to Rs -675 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,135 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 7.9% to Rs 13,715 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KOLTE PATIL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -28.2.
