KNR CONSTRUCTIONS share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 372.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,967.5 (up 1.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 3.3%) and DLF (up 3.1%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 2.5%) and Sobha (down 2.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KNR CONSTRUCTIONS has moved up from Rs 241.2 to Rs 372.9, registering a gain of Rs 131.8 (up 54.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,341.4 to 7,967.5, registering a gain of 83.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 191.4%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 181.7%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 100.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,513.0 (up 1.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 3.6%) and Power Grid Corp. (up 3.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,305.7 (up 1.3%). ONGC and Coal India are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,953.5 to 79,513.0, registering a gain of 13,559.5 points (up 20.6%).

KNR CONSTRUCTIONS Financial Update...

KNR CONSTRUCTIONS net profit grew 130.6% YoY to Rs 3,275 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,420 million a year ago. Net sales rose 13.5% to Rs 14,140 million during the period as against Rs 12,453 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, KNR CONSTRUCTIONS reported 19.9% increase in net profit to Rs 4,394 million compared to net profit of Rs 3,664 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 12.7% to Rs 40,624 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KNR CONSTRUCTIONS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 14.3.
