KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 193.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 65,637.3 (up 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are Blue Star (up 5.1%) and ORIENT ELECTRIC (up 2.0%).

Bajaj Electricals (down 1.9%) and Voltas (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC has moved up from Rs 127.2 to Rs 193.5, registering a gain of Rs 66.3 (up 52.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 45,865.9 to 65,637.3, registering a gain of 43.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 187.3%), Blue Star (up 130.7%) and Voltas (up 109.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,888.1 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (up 2.4%) and Bharti Airtel (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,110.4 (up 0.4%). Shriram Transport and Tata Motors are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,512.4 to 81,888.1, registering a gain of 16,375.7 points (up 25.0%).

KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC Financial Update...

KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC net profit grew 5.5% YoY to Rs 19 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 18 million a year ago. Net sales rose 13.5% to Rs 1,335 million during the period as against Rs 1,176 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC reported 54.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 141 million compared to net profit of Rs 311 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 17.7% to Rs 5,574 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 90.6.
