KERNEX MICROSYS share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 416.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 36,215.2 (up 0.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT index today are HAPPIEST MINDS TECHNOLOGIES (down 8.0%) and ROUTE MOBILE (down 2.4%).

INDIAMART INTERMESH (up 2.3%) and Eclerx Services (up 1.5%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, KERNEX MICROSYS has moved up from Rs 337.1 to Rs 416.6, registering a gain of Rs 79.6 (up 23.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 29,410.8 to 36,215.2, registering a gain of 23.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 149.9%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 103.8%) and Birlasoft (up 102.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 77,559.3 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Axis Bank (up 1.8%) and Ultratech Cement (up 1.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,595.8 (up 0.3%). Axis Bank and HDFC Bank are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,523.2 to 77,559.3, registering a gain of 14,036.1 points (up 22.1%).

KERNEX MICROSYS Financial Update...

KERNEX MICROSYS net profit fell 133.5% YoY to Rs -86 million for the quarter ended December 2023, compared to a loss of Rs 37 million a year ago. Net sales rose 294.6% to Rs 83 million during the period as against Rs 21 million in October-December 2022.

For the year ended March 2023, KERNEX MICROSYS reported 16.3% decrease in net profit to Rs -200 million compared to net loss of Rs 172 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 39.3% to Rs 40 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KERNEX MICROSYS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -31.1.
