KERNEX MICROSYS Gains 5%; BSE IT Index Up 1.6%

KERNEX MICROSYS share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 774.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 39,842.0 (up 1.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE IT index today are Oracle Financial Services (up 3.1%) and KPIT TECHNOLOGIES (up 2.3%).

Mastek (down 1.7%) and INDIAMART INTERMESH are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KERNEX MICROSYS has moved up from Rs 347.4 to Rs 774.5, registering a gain of Rs 427.1 (up 123.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 31,109.7 to 39,842.0, registering a gain of 28.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 161.7%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 130.4%) and Firstsource Solutions (up 95.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,984.2 (up 1.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (up 2.2%) and M&M (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,386.9 (up 1.1%). Eicher Motor and ONGC are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,953.5 to 79,984.2, registering a gain of 14,030.8 points (up 21.3%).

KERNEX MICROSYS Financial Update...

KERNEX MICROSYS net profit grew 480.0% YoY to Rs 36 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 9 million a year ago. Net sales rose 2877.9% to Rs 287 million during the period as against Rs 10 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, KERNEX MICROSYS reported 16.3% decrease in net profit to Rs -200 million compared to net loss of Rs 172 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 39.3% to Rs 40 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KERNEX MICROSYS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -58.5.
