KEI INDUSTRIES share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 4,418.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE POWER index is at 8,461.5 (up 0.5%).

Among the top losers in the BSE POWER index today is KEC INTERNATIONAL (down 0.8%).

ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS (up 2.2%) and INDIAN ENERGY EXCHANGE (up 0.9%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, KEI INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 2,673.3 to Rs 4,418.3, registering a gain of Rs 1,745.0 (up 65.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE POWER index has moved up from 4,542.5 to 8,461.5, registering a gain of 86.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE POWER index stocks during this same period were TORRENT POWER (up 166.6%), Siemens (up 119.7%) and BHEL (up 107.8%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,769.7 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Nestle (down 1.6%) and M&M (down 1.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,046.6 . Nestle and M&M are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,166.9 to 81,769.7, registering a gain of 15,602.8 points (up 23.6%).

KEI INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

KEI INDUSTRIES net profit grew 10.4% YoY to Rs 1,548 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,402 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.2% to Rs 22,796 million during the period as against Rs 19,449 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KEI INDUSTRIES reported 21.7% increase in net profit to Rs 5,808 million compared to net profit of Rs 4,773 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 17.3% to Rs 81,041 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KEI INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 63.9.
