KDDL. share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 3,295.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 58,676.3 (down 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are Blue Star (up 3.0%) and CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (up 0.8%).

WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (down 2.0%) and Titan (down 1.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KDDL. has moved up from Rs 1,385.6 to Rs 3,295.2, registering a gain of Rs 1,909.6 (up 137.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 42,765.2 to 58,676.3, registering a gain of 37.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 187.8%), Blue Star (up 115.7%) and AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 99.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 79,541.4 (down 0.6%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (down 4.1%) and M&M (down 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,187.4 (down 0.5%). HDFC Bank and M&M are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,205.1 to 79,541.4, registering a gain of 14,336.4 points (up 22.0%).

KDDL. Financial Update...

KDDL. net profit grew 64.6% YoY to Rs 346 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 211 million a year ago. Net sales rose 16.2% to Rs 3,476 million during the period as against Rs 2,992 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, KDDL. reported 106.9% increase in net profit to Rs 770 million compared to net profit of Rs 372 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 37.1% to Rs 11,194 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KDDL., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 30.2.
