KAYCEE IND share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 2,794.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 68,207.8 (down 0.5%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are ABB (down 3.8%) and V GUARD IND. (down 2.2%).

Bharat Forge (up 1.5%) and Graphite India (up 1.1%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, KAYCEE IND has moved up from Rs 228.1 to Rs 2,794.7, registering a gain of Rs 2,566.6 (up 1,125.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 45,514.4 to 68,207.8, registering a gain of 49.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 128.3%), Bharat Electronics (up 113.3%) and Siemens (up 107.6%).

The BSE Sensex is at 78,715.6 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (down 2.4%) and ITC (down 1.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,981.1 (down 0.1%). Coal India and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,591.3 to 78,715.6, registering a gain of 15,124.2 points (up 23.8%).

KAYCEE IND Financial Update...

KAYCEE IND net profit grew 54.0% YoY to Rs 15 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 10 million a year ago. Net sales rose 13.3% to Rs 133 million during the period as against Rs 118 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KAYCEE IND reported 28.6% increase in net profit to Rs 45 million compared to net profit of Rs 35 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 16.8% to Rs 488 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KAYCEE IND, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 156.4.
